Bashaba Chinooks is a small kennel in New Jersey dedicated to the Chinook dog. Chinooks are a rare breed of sled dog native to New England. These all-American dogs are gentle, loyal companions who excel both as family pets and as canine competitors in just about any dog sport.

Conaway and I work together in tracking- he’s a natural.
Tikaani, her mom Nokomis, and Grandma Trav’ler were SpokesDogs in the August 2009 edition of Dog Fancy magazine. Tikaani is featured in the small picture as well!
